Cancel your Order
Swali : How do I cancel my order online ?

To cancel your order online

  • Sign in to your account
  • Go to your profile and select my orders
  • Select an order and open it by clicking on view order
  • On top of your order information , click cancel order button
  • Confirm to cancel you order

Note : This will cancel and delete your entire order

Or, if you checked out as a guest, go to Check Your Order Status and enter your order information. Click on the cancel order button , and confirm to cancel

Note : An order can not be cancelled online if its status is set to completed
